1500: Fuji reflected

A perfect reflection of Mount Fuji against a dramatic sky. This view is from the north-west, across Shōjiko, the smallest of the "five lakes" that lie around the base of the mountain.

As Mount Olympus was the home of the Greek gods, so Mt. Fuji (3776 metres above sea level) has its place as the symbol of Japan. Although most popular tourist pictures show the view from the south, with the bullet train passing below Mount Fuji, the best views are from the north and east sides.

This puzzle is one of the series of Epoch "grading" puzzles, and at two-kyu it is meant to be fairly difficult.
