1518: Tiger and dragon (Kayomi)

The tiger and dragon snarl at each other, in this stylish "vertical panorama" — a format long used for traditional wall hangings. Although the title is just "Tiger and dragon" these are plainly the Chinese protector-gods, and the artist has added their Chinese names on the box: Qing-long, the blue dragon of the east, and Bai-hu, the white tiger of the west.

No biographical details available. She signs her given name Kayomi in Roman letters.
